WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTIES
of any kind, expressed or
implied”
Buyer’s Fee: A 10%
Buyer’s fee will be charged
on all items in the auction.
A $28.25 Title fee and a $25.00 Smog fee may apply
on some or all vehicles and
equipment.
Payment can be made by CASH,
CASHIER’S CHECKS, DEBIT
CARDS (with a PIN Number),
CREDIT CARDS (VISA, MC,
AMEX, Discover), TRAVELERS
CHECKS, & MONEY ORDERS.
**NOTE: Checks will be
accepted only if accompanied
by a letter of guarantee
from your bank. The letter
must be on bank letterhead
and must state they will
GUARANTEE your check up
to a certain amount of money
for the date of the
auction. Letters not in
this specific format will
not be accepted. Titles and
all related paperwork will
not be released for 10 days
if paying by check with
Letter of Guarantee. NO
EXCEPTIONS!

Bidders choosing to pay with
a credit card will be
charged a 3% service charge
on the total amount paid by
credit card.
· A
deposit of $300.00
(non-refundable) is required
as soon as your bid is
accepted. If you fail to
make a deposit you will be
in default. The balance for
all invoices is due on the
Monday following the auction
by 2:00 P.M.
·
Do not leave the sales yard
without making a payment or
a deposit.
·
Odometer readings are marked
on the window of each
vehicle. The letter
following the odometer
reading represents whether
the miles are actual, over
100,000 or unknown, i.e.,
A=Actual, O=Over, UNK=Unknown
or Discrepancy. Vehicles
marked EX are 10 years old
or older and exempt from
disclosure rules.

Titles are processed in
accordance with the Nevada
DMV. Rules in the state of
Nevada may not
be accepted by all states
without further processing
by the buyer. Units that do
not require titles in Nevada
may have such requirements
in other states. The
Auctioneer/Owner is not
responsible, and may not be
able to, in some cases,
provide documentation
required by other states.

Titles and all related
paperwork will read exactly
how you register. We
WILL NOT change any
names. NO EXCEPTIONS!
·
Removal: All items must
be removed from the sales
yard by the Tuesday
following the auction at
4:00 P.M.
·
Despite our efforts to avoid
withdrawal of items from the
auction after they have been
advertised, it may become
necessary to do so;
therefore, the owner and/or
auctioneer reserves the
right to
withdraw units at any time.

TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ALL
OTHER ADVERTISING MATERIAL.
